Unable to redeem free movie

I was recently given a free movie, told to redeem via the tile in sky store. This wasn't available when purchasing marching powder and I've been charged. Can I be refunded please

If the price didn't show as £0.00 when purchasing then you've purchased it.

 

You'll have to call Sky to see if they will refund it - we're other customers here...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
