Sky Q mini box issues

I'm getting the following message on both my mini boxes when trying to watch BBC1, BBC2, ITV and C4, which only started after I renewed my contract two days ago. Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on the box. I also get error messages on sky go whilst connected in the house. I spent

Hi @Marks196 Are you trying to watch those channels without the HD add on subscription?

I have the HD add on. All the other channels work

@Marks196 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
