Sky Q mini box is showing connected but showing a blue screen

The SKY Q Box is fully connected, strong signal, latest hardware, etc, etc - as is my SKY Q mini box. however, my SKY Q Mini Box wont show a picture on any channel. I have tried all forms of reset on the boxes, booster, routers, and the SKY Q HD Box but still no picture. I just see a blue screen in the same way as you do when switching channels except that the picture never comes through. I've switched HDMI ports on the TV but still no joy.

 

Internet connection is as good as you can get and I can still watch Netflix and Amazon Prime through the SKY Q Mini boxes.

 

I've tried to book an engineers visit but the service is not available and when I try to use the 03 number it eventually redirects me to the SKY help pages that I've already used.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
