Sky Q mini box having various issue's
A couple of weeks ago I was having issues with my broadband affecting all devices in my home. This issue fixed itself after a few days and my broadband is now working fine. Afterwards both my sky Q and mini box were not working properly. Both unable to connect to router. I fixed this by resetting my broadband hub back to factory settings. Since then my main box has been working fine. But I have been having various issues with the mini box, screen going black and switching off every so often, not being able to view TV channels, or some channels missing, subscription error message, apps missing. These issues go away when resetting the boxes but then return. I have been through other posts on this forum and tried the instructions given but the problems still persist. I am fed up of having to unplug and reboot my boxes, it is not a permanent solution.
I have had these boxes for over two years and were both working perfectly up until recently.

Hi @Maxine1992 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
