Sky Q mini box has just decided to stop showing a picture. Only a black screen now on tv.

Sky Q mini box has just stopped showing a picture. Only a black screen now. Tried all hdmi ports, tried different hdmi cable. Tried resetting mini box, switching off and on etc. tried resetting the remote and fresh batteries. I get a flashing light from the remote standby button and '?' Buttons but no other buttons. Can get a green light on box but still a black picture. Please help

Before you need to call Sky can I suggest you reboot your router, then reboot your main Sky Q box, then reboot the mini box.
