Pink screen

the pinking only happens when films are selected, on these channels if i open a series program every thing is ok

Sure, but glitches can still happen and like most consumer hardware a reboot is sometimes required.

If you've done this and is persistent then you'll need to contact Sky as you may need a replacement box.
