Sky Q mini box freezing

My sky q mini box keeps freezing. It has been getting worse over the last few days.

 

It happens regularly throughout the day, sometimes it fixes itself, other times I have to reset main box or mini box or both.

Hi @AidyT Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Same here. 
pixelating for the last couple of weeks and then tonight it's freezing. Done reset, unplugged etc. 

now need to find time over the following days to sit on the phone to sky!
