Sky Q mini box connection

When I'm watching my mini box upstairs it will go off and say I can't watch tv as the mini box is having trouble connecting to my sky Q box downstairs, I've tried resetting the both of them, it solves the problem for a few minutes but then it happens again, I've also tried resetting it using the wow button but the same happens again?

@Lpoollass21 sounds like your mini box is right on the limit of receiving the signal from the main box and you may need a booster

You will need to contact Sky to get a booster

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag
