Several times a day I need to reboot my sky q mini box as it becomes non-responsive to the remote control, or even the power button on the box. It’s getting ridiculous as in every hour. Any help please??
I have reset the remote by pressing 7-9 and then 1-3
checked for software updates
but it doesn't respond. The only thing that works is rebooting the box.
surely there must be a fix for this

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
