Sky Q mini Box keeps freezing

so we have had our Sky Q mini box for 5 years with no real issues

but recently it is starting to play up

the remote stops working

the box freezes on one channel

the picture disappears

and the only way to resolve this is to unplug the box and then plug it back in

this is now getting to be a daily issue

 

what do we do

Hi @artherdaily Try resetting your Mini box:-

Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains. Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds. Once it flashes red and green, press the standby button on the front of the box.
