Sky Q keeps unpairing from remot control

My Sky Q box keeps unpairing itself from the remote control. It does this aproximatly every other day. I have tried using a different remote but it still happens. Does anyone have any ideal how to fix this please?

In what way is it "unpairing" @mcdodda ?

HI, 

The box just won't respond to the remote. The only thing I can do is to repair the remote to with the box by pressing 1 and 3 together.
