Sky Q keeping losing network connection

My Sky Q started freezing during streaming. Reset multiple times. Now fails to connect or drops out most days. Internet working fine. All other devices and smart tv working fine. Using Sky BB so can't blame provider, all Sky equipment. Had Sky for 12 months without a problem. Followed all reset instructions but no joy in getting or retaining connection. Very frustrating.

I've been having the same issue this evening. Reset twice and I'm now connected but downloading a UHD film is so slow and YouTube is also slow. I'm on BT broadband.

It's clearly not my connection as I'm currently watching Netflix in 4k and Dolby Atmos on my TV. I assume it's an issue with Sky's servers.

You have minis? Try resetting the connection with them powered down.

Contacted Sky. Simple fix for me may work for you. Go into settings and set up. Standby mode was on Active. Change this to None then confirm. Did the same on the mini box an so far all ok.
