How do Zi get tnt on my sky box on a 1 month rolling contract

I saw a £21 a month deal advertised for a 1 month contract for TNT sports on sky. But can't find it anywhere. I'm not paying £30 a month as I only want to watch 1 team play and they aren't on there every month. Any suggestions on best way to do it. I've had BT sport on my sky Q box for 2 years for £20, but my deal has just ended and they now want £30 a month.
