Sky Q issues

We are having intermittent problems with our tv. Sometimes screen goes blank (completely black) we are often told to check the source, sometimes pictured is distorted before screen goes blank and I have discovered tonight that our satellite signal is showing as "Locked". Is that correct?

Yes @Hammerette08 

Locked is correct.

As in locked on target.

Have you checked your HDMI lead is correctly fitted at both ends.

Also try another lead if possible.
