Distorted picture

Tv was absolutely fine this morning. Gone to turn it on again and picture looks like this. Internet connection is fine. I've changed HDMI ports, restarted etc and nothing works. The picture on normal tv works so it's 100% the sky.

You haven't submitted an image so we don't know what the picture looks like. Any error message displayed referring to no satellite signal?

 when it first comes on it is just a pink screen and then the image is like this

You said you've tried "etc". Not sure what that specifically is. Have you tried another hdmi cable?
