two problems that I think are linked - my Sky Q main box frequently buffers when watching Netflix/YouTube etc . I don't have this problem on any other devices (phones/tablets/laptop/tvs), and it has happened using two different internet providers. The issue is the sky q box.
now recently my sky Q mini box has frequently stopped working, it has always buffered for Netflix as above, but now it either cannot connect or cannot find my sky q main box. It is rendering it unusable
I have tried calling sky but I can't get speaking to an actual human , and speaking to a bot with an accent from Ireland isn't the easiest. I can't get past the automated services
