Sky Q internet connection

Sky Q won't connect to Sky wi-if. 

Sky Q won't connect to sky broadband - even if I select the network and type in the correct password. This has happened numerous times and I'm very frustrated. Can't watch any apps or my mini box. It's appalling @Sky

As I replied to your other post.
Afraid Sky Q will not connect to Sky Broadband by SSID and password.

You need to use WPS.
