We've been having issues with our SkyQ internet connectivity for a while. From a broadband perspective I we're runnign on a 5G Sim from EE in a Teltonika RUTX50, and have a TPlink Deco S4 mesh setup. I also have a TP link powerline connecting my router to the devices around the TV.
The problem that we're having is that the Sky box drops the mesh connection every 30 minutes to an hour, the box gets stuck on "no internet connection" and then fails to reconnect when we reset it. A power cycle of the Sky box and then re-setting up the wifi connection then works, but then it will drop the internet in an hour or so once more. The PS5 sat less than a metre away from the Sky box has no issues. (I have also tried turning off the wifi settings on the box as we have no minis, but that didnt make a difference.)
I have also bought a powerline connector to wire the sky box and the PS5. This is working for the PS5 but the Sky box gets a "cannot find IP address" error. It suggests checking if DCHP is on (I have checked and this isn't an issue), and when I try to manually input the IP address etc the sky box just freezes and has to be reset.
We actually had an engineer out and he replaced the Sky box last week and because of that Sky customer services are saying that it acnnot be the Sky box so I need to contact my ISP. As my ISP is EE I doubt that will be helpful. But I cannot see how this is anything other than a Sky problem - none of our other devices have any issues!
Has anybody else had a similar problem?

@Devans425 i wondered if you had any update on your issues?
. I and others are suffering regular crashing Sky Q boxes - needing power off resets each time - having switched broadband to EE and installing the EE Router.
