Sky Q hard drive errors

Sky Q hard drive fails - reset works for a couple of hours then requires another reset, will Sky provide a new box ?

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors 

 

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box.

Yep done all this & very annoying when the Check your Sky Box says - everything is working correctly- shame it can't hear me shout at it 😆
