Sky Q hAyu error

Currently using Sky q software version Q360.000.08.00L (68x37s0)

Unable to watch Million dollar listing Los Angeles on sky q remote voice search as it says you don't have therequired subscription to watch this

when trying to go on demand - channels , it doesn't show "hayu"

You're on the latest software. Is Hayu definitely not listed between National Geographic and TLC on the On Demand - Channels menu?
