Really getting annoying now. Watching series on any of the apps through Q and it keeps on freezing. Super fast BT broadband and done the reset on Q. Working fine if I play it through my Oled TV. Read somewhere Sky is aware and doing a fix. Been with Sky for 25 years and not happy. How can this be sorted please
