Sky Q flashing blue
Hi I've just bought a 2nd hand Sky Q box. It won't switch on. Flashing blue Q red standby light on. Tried resetting by unplugging etc Tried recovery, the red light flashes orange, box tells me a few minutes and nothing. Flashing blue Q and standby light red Any thoughts please

Unfortunately, you've purchased stolen property. I'd advise trying to get your money back. All Q equipment is owned by Sky and cannot be sold or purchased.
