We have BT internet with Home Hub router. Since the recent SKY outage, the Sky Q box drops internet connection as soon as we try to connect our 2 Sky mini boxes.
The Sky Q box has wifi connection to the BT hub as well as an Ethernet cable plugged in. Ethernet cabling runs from the BT hub to both minis too. All Ethernet cabling was put in by Sky after we had the Sky Q box and minis installed to resolve connectivity issues.
All was stable until the recent Sky outage. Coincidence ?
Have tried resetting the BT hub, then the Sky Q box., then the first mini which then makes the Sky Q box drop internet connection. Tried several times with either mini and it has the same result, dropping internet off the Sky Q box, so the mini can't find the Sky Q box.
Any ideas how to resolve or do I just need to get a Sky engineer in ?
No other device in the house has issues with wifi or connectivity !
