Sky Q doesny work

I want an engineer to call

Technical fault

I have checked broadband connectivity and all is good. 
a black screen appears saying technical fault , then a larger blue screen appears with the message technical fault with this channel. Please try later

 

i I am paying over £80 per month for a service that doesn't work.

Perhaps you could give a bit more detail around 'not working'?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Jayne13  What you pay is irrelevant, issues can happen, there is no fool proof system.

 

Have you tried the steps here?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/technical-fault-with-channel-sky-plus

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
