Sky Q disconnections *ethernet connection*

Hi all

I've seen similar posts but nothing exact, but essentially sky Q box hardwired to a tp link router through a virgin media hub on modem mode. I'm getting frequent d/c's that are often only for a second or two, but enough to interrupt service. Box in general is slow to access guide, store etc etc. Using a scanner there appears to be a 100% packet loss ( see pic) and tbh I'm totally baffled. I have other devices hardwired and other devices on WiFi which are totally fine connecting wise.......any help or thoughts would be appreciated

Yes. I've only recently tried that. This appears to be a relatively new issue, when i say new as in 4-5 weeks. I have a sky booster box too which I've had for years, I tried disconnecting that last night to see if there was any conflicts with that, also fitted a brand new cat6e ethernet cable yesterday
