Series 11 Chicago Fire is missing on Sky Q

I am trying to watch/Download Chicago Fire Series 11 Eposide 9 onwards but won't let me as saying Failed, No Subscribtion. I haven't changed anything and can still download other Sky Witness programmes 

any ideas?
