I agreed a new 18 month contract in July 2023. The contract included discounts for signature and sports all discounts running for 18 months to January 2025. Now the my sky tv app says offers ending August 2024. I have spoken to several people at sky and have emails confirming contract AND discounts run till January 2025 but it looks as though they are going to disappear in August. Any advice or help please(ps app tech team have confirmed it is not an app issue)
