Rang Sky yesterday regarding my broadband dropping out. Got that sorted hopefully and now my two sky Q boxes do t work. It happened last time we had issues with our broadband and the agent said Sky had turned our Sky Q boxes off. Can someone please help as I am paying for a service I am not receiving

Hi @Laz24 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Did all that last night. My husband went through everything on the problem solving section of Sky still nothing. Even this morning with the power off
