Can't connect my broadband BT to sky Q

I have contacted B.T nothing wrong with broadband so it must be my sky Q box at fault not accepted password for my broadband

Hi @A+Gedddes 

Just be aware that with non Sky Broadband you can only connect to the Router 2.4 Ghz band.
