Sky Q connection

My friend has 2 Sky Q Boxes fitted and says they don't work between midnight and 7 am 

any ideas?

I can't find anything that relates to this

hi @Mike+Finan+2 

This is usually caused by the Standy mode being set to Eco - (althoughthe timing is approx 2:30 to 5:45 )
