Sky Q connection too three
Hi,,we recently had three broadband installed its the T3000 router and everything was going fine until yesterday when the broadband dropped and when it came back on all except sky q box reconnected...we have tried connecting via WiFi and ethernet cable but no joy..the sky q connects too my phone hotshot easily but will not connect too the router in any way...tried all the online steps of resetting both etc still no luck...any help please

Try temporarily disabling the 5GHz on the router. Once the box connects you can turn it back on.

@John7-4 Are you not looking at three as the router problem and nothing to do with sky Q, think you are going the wrong tract, sky Q is working on the phone so it's working, three is not so it's three with the issue?
Would say so @Deb3000 but OP posted tried the holly grail with ethernet plugged in.

Guys was just on another thread and bingo I got sorted...we have 2 tp link powerline adapters connecting router too bedrooms...turned both off and broadband connected perfectly...then we tried connecting 1 at a time and we have now identified that 1 powerline adapter was causing all the chaos,( maybe faulty)...anyway sorted now and hope this helps somebody else..thanks too the guys for replies much appreciated

@John7-4 Are you doing the powerline to get Ethernet connection's to the Sky Boxes, always good to know the whole picture.

Hi jim yes using powerline too connect mini boxes via ethernet cables...1 of the boxes was also being used working from home family member on their laptop..funny thing is I disconnected all the ethernet cables except sky q one and didn't work that way...but as soon as I powered off the powerline boxes...bingo
