There's some sort of issue with the current release of Glass software (QS018) which has caused problems with the HDMI ports not being accessible so it could be related to this.
Sky are apparently rolling the software back to QS017 which was more stable so this may help.
Have you also tried fully rebooting the TV? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then back on and allow it to restart.
