Hi. My sky box (had for many years) was stuck in standby, and would only work following a reboot. I've replaced the unit twice within a week and each box does the same thing?? When calling sky "support" they simply get me to perform a reboot... which obviously solves the immediate issue only, upon then finding the Sky Q box stuck in standby the following day. Any help appreciated

Hi, yes. The only way to get the light on the front of the box to turn green is to reboot. The remote works (and light flashes when you press "?"). It's just so strange that it's happening with each new box.
