Hi @Jodi-   If nothing has changed, try power rebooting both the TV and Sky Q box. Review the HDMI control on both.

Thanks for your help I've tried turning everything off and back on that didn't work, I took the tv upstairs to use on my mini box it worked fine I brought it back downstairs to the main box and now it won't work

Hi @Jodi-   Did you review your HDMI control? Home -> Settings-> Setup -> Audio visual -> HDMI control -> On. Checked the cable is seated correctly, used the HDMI cable from upstairs.

Hi, I tried using the HDMI from upstairs I still can't get the tv on as I've not got a remote so I'm unable to see anything on the screen

hi @Jodi- 

If the TV is not switching on & you do not have the TV remote try looking at the back of the TV for the power button and 'source' button - I know some TVs do not have them but most do, although they can be difficult to find
