Sky Q box

I need a replacement sky Q box. It's constantly freezing and not responding to remote control . I have activated a full factory reset and still the problem exists.I have to keep plugging it in and out works for a short time and then again it malfunctions

Hi @RW63   I would try following this help article, it should lead you to requesting a box swap. We cannot say it to often, please hang on to your viewing card and swap the power lead as well.

Out of interest, do you connect it to the network by an ethernet/network cable? Mine does this all the time when it's physically connected. Stops responding and fan constantly spins up. Have to remove and reconnect power, and connect via WiFi to avoid.
