Sky Q box

Hi. Our sky Q box does not work. I ordered a replacement but was out for the delivery. I am waiting for the delivery but it says its on its way back to sky. I have rang twice today but got nowherem Can you gelp? Thanks

We are all fellow customers in this forum, you'll need to speak with Sky.  I'll escallate this for you, but you will probably have to call them

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

You should have been given a time slot for the doorstep box swap so if you weren't in that would explain why the couriers are returning it to Sky. You will have to call Sky to rearrange.

 

Dont forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.
