Sky Q box

hi there my sky Q box disk drive has stopped working so I now can't watch recordings or pause live feed

@drmillar70  Have you tried the  following steps?  https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-recordings-and-downloads/fix-a-pro...  if this doesn't resolve the issue there is an option to order a replacement box

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
