Due to old Sky Q box giving messages re data/storage had a new Sky Q box approx 10 days ago. Set up went well and all checked and working fine. However, 6 hours later problems with recordings, blue screen, unable to load listings. We have had to continuously reboot to use it and again this morning we left it unplugged for around 1 hour then rebooted working fine for 2 hours now frozen on recording playback and can't get to home page
This is frustrating and disappointing can anyone advise as can't seem to find a telephone number to speak to anyone at Sky
