Sky Q box

I had upgraded my package last week with all my sports Chanel with Sky and ask your colleague to make sure its on

But since that day its not been working could somebody help me because i'm stuck and can't turn any thing on.

You're not talking to Sky here. We are customers like you. What, if any, error message are you getting on the Sky Sports channels since adding the Sports subscription?
