Sky Q box
my sky box is not working properly, I keep getting messages about hard disk drive error and replace the box, I ordered a replacement but DPD called when I was out, didn't know they would collect the original box, anyone know if they will rediliver?

You need to call Sky to clarify re-delivery. You should have been given a time frame. Don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.
