Sky Q box

My Sky Q main box is not working but the 2 mini ones are working fine. I don't even get the hello on the TV. It was fine yesterday but switched on today and nothing, anyone know what this could be. I have already reset everything and also changed HDMI leads, so it's a bit weird. Thanks in advance

Are you sure you've got your tv set to the correct HDMI input for your Sky Q?

@daveham when you switch the box on does the green light on the main Q box come on ?

 

If it does you could try pressing the following sequence of buttons the home button followed by 1080 and then the home button again
