We changed our WiFi network with BT a couple of months ago. All was ok with the Sky Q main box. The mini box in another room wouldn't re-connect but we don't really use it so haven't got round to sorting it out. Now however main box will not stay connected to the WiFi. It easily resets to reconnect, we enter the password etc. But as soon as you try and move to anything like Netflix etc it disconnects. Any ideas? I also can't find a no. to call Sky direct for help if anyone knows what this might be? Thanks
