Sky Q box shuts down

My Sky q box keeps shutting down randomly and will not turn back on again unless i completely power it off at the plug and then power it back up. It started doing this overnight when the tv was switched off for any length of time but now it does it through the day . It initially fixes the issue but it keeps happening
