When I switch my sky q box on I get a no signal message on my tv. Sometimes it will eventually connect to the sky q but then after only a few minutes it turns off.
Tonight though it hasn't been connecting at all.
I have turned the TV and Q box off at the mains and waited at least 30 minutes before turning back on.
The lady time I turned it off I changed the HDMI cable to a brand new one and it did eventually connect to the tv however it turned off again after only a few minutes.

If it is not already try changing the Q box resolution to 1080i
