Sky Q box randomly turning off.

My Sky Q box randomly turns off with the orange light coming on after about 25 to 30 minuets, if I don't press a button on the remote during that timeframe.  When the box turns the tv shows a message of "no signal". 

I have checked all the power saving settings, updated the software and unplugged and reconnected  the power and it still happens. 

Please can someone provide some support to a loyal Sky VIP member
