Sky Q box playing up. Software Issue

When viewing a recorded program the playing stops and won't restart.

Then when I go to the TV Guide the screen is blank (black).

If the box is recording the program fails (error message comes up Software Issue)

Hi @Dave468   Use Sky's box check, it should lead you to a box replacement if required https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-wont-turn-on
