We have currently changed our broadband from Sky to You Fibre back in August. Ever since our Sky Q 2TB box will only part download programmes.
For example, if we download a 60 mins programme it will only download 30 mins of the programme, we then have to pause the programme then it will carry on downloading so we can watch it.
We upgraded to faster broadband our old sky we was getting 45MB now with Youfibre we get minimum of 800MB.
