Sky Q box not working

Just a heads up - was having big problems getting Sky Q box to communicate with tv & then after resetting tv guide & recordings not loading

Sky replaced the box but it kept happening very frequently

i was resetting most days & updating the software all the time

Turns out it was just the box getting too hot

Since I've moved it no issues
