My Sky Q box's wi-fi connection went down today, which happens from time to time. I have the latest BT router plus a booster unit, and wi-fi is solid with all other devices showing a good connection. I have tried the usual fix several times, i.e. unplug the router and wait 30 + seconds, reboot, then go to Settings - Network connection - Reset. However, instead of getting a pick list of available networks including my router, I get a "No Wi-Fi Networks found" message. Has anybody encountered this problem and if so, is there a solution? At the moment I can only watch live TV and recordings.
