Since I got up this morning I've had no Sky Q box on & it keeps saying I have no internet but my router is lit up properly.

I've unplugged everything & still no luck.

ive done a check & it's saying the internet is good.

Sky Q is primarily a Satellite receiver - is this not working?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
